Shot entirely in picturesque London, Thoondil is the latest brainchild of Director K.S. Adhiyaman, produced by M. Rajkumar and S.S.R. Pillainadhan under the Goodwin Movies banner. Adhiyaman is known for his adept realistic portrayal of people and events in his directorial ventures. He promises that Thoondil will stand far above ordinary romantic movies that hit the screen recently.
Thoondil has Shaam, Sandya and Divya Spandana in the lead roles. The director promises that this is no regular triangle love story. According to the story, Shaam and Sandya are married, and Divya comes between the two. Why and how and every other question that arises in your mind, will have to wait for answers till the movie is released. Adhiyaman adds that even the comedy track is quite different, interspersed with romance itself! At the helm of the movie's humour is Vivek, who plays the role of an ad film director. Another prominent artiste who's been roped in is Revathy - she plays the role of a doctor and has quite a weighty part to play in the plot.
Debutant music director Abhishek Ray, has taken Na. Muthukumar's lyrics and created quite a bit of musical magic. Adhiyaman is thrilled and confident about the outcome. Also, much to Adhiyaman's satisfaction, Anand Kumar's camera has captured London at its best while also showcasing the story in the right light. |
